Douglas Animal Welfare Group is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your donations may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

DAWG sincerely appreciates the direct donations of funds, materials and equipment from its members, the community and businesses and we thank you in advance for donating.

There are many ways to donate now and in the future.

Donate Time

 The gift of time to DAWG as an organization directly and indirectly benefits the animals at the shelter. By serving on committees, as an officer and board member, directing and assisting the operation of temporary and on-going projects and events, and many other duties, you will help keep DAWG functioning.

Donate Money

 Sometimes only money will do the job, especially for medical care. Your donation could save a life.

Donate Through "Planned Giving"

Provide a lasting gift to help animals in need through a bequest. Contact your lawyer about including DAWG in your will or trust.

Donate by Recycling - Help the Animals and Save the Earth!

​Aluminum Cans: Donating your cans raises money for the shelter animals. Drop them into the "recycle bin" in the front parking lot of DCACS - 921 Pinenut Road Gardnerville, NV.
