Douglas Animal Welfare Group is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

There are many ways to donate now and in the future.

DONATE TIME: The gift of time to DAWG as an organization directly and indirectly benefits the animals at the shelter. By serving on committees, as an officer and board member, directing and assisting the operation of temporary and on-going projects and events, and many other duties keep DAWG functioning.

DONATE MONEY: Sometimes only money will do the job, especially for medical care. Your donation could save a life. Click here to donate money now.

DONATE A "SHELTER-APPROVED" DOG BED: The concrete floors are cold and hard. Kuranda beds provide comfort and durability. Click here to go to DAWG's page at Kuranda.

DONATE GIFT CARDS: DAWG would greatly appreciate gift cards to Costco, Walmart, Petco, Petsmart, and any local pet suppy retailer.

DONATE THROUGH "PLANNED GIVING": Provide a lasting gift to help animals in need through a bequest. Contact your lawyer about including DAWG in your will or trust.

DONATE BY RECYCLING-HELP ANIMALS AND THE EARTH!

Aluminum Cans: Donating your cans raises money for the shelter animals. Drop them into the "recycle bin" in the front parking lot of the shelter.

Cell Phones, Digital Cameras, Toner and Ink Jet Cartridges: First click here to see if your items qualify for our recycle program. If they do, you can drop your items off in the "recyclable items" box in the shelter lobby.
